We’ve started off the month with yet more cold and wet weather, for the fourth time this year our rhubarb is under snow!
The allotment and garden both are still too soggy to get much growing in them yest, but plans are afoot and the seedlings we’ve started are doing well. We have a house full of chili plants too! Please let spring hurry up and make an impact, we can shuffle things out into the garden and poly-tunnel accordingly!
Hubby was in charge of cooking our main meal tonight and he cooked a wonderful Chinese chicken curry with jasmine rice and I made some “crispy seaweed” from some leftover cavolo nero leaves. The curry leftovers are in the freezer ready for a lazy day!
