We have SUNSHINE!!! I’ve already been out in the garden for several hours today working with the chilli plans and seedlings, there is however much more to do. These are some of the chilli plants we overwintered successfully enjoying the warm day in the poly-tunnel and we’ve even got a few small chillis starting to ripen, we can’t wait! Hubby ran out of home-made chilli sauce about a month ago. Doh!
In the mean time, a light lunch is required because there is still sooooo much more to do and I know I’ve got a substantial dinner later tonight!
This is a quick salad with spinach leaves, spring onion, celery, red pepper, cucumber, dolphin free & line caught tuna, dressed with Caribbean chilli sauce from the Wiltshire chilli farm. It’s fruity and hot and works well with fish. Link below to their website.
