Super tasty and very filling little burger to scoff. Pheasant is naturally low in fat so you’ll need to add some pork mince to it too, so you can choose then how much fat you add in.
We made these burgers last year for the first time and they were so so tasty we made a large batch when more pheasant became available. We are currently noshing our frozen supplies!
