Duck leg, noodles and vegetables


There are some evenings when you know you are busy and want something that pleases the eye that doesn’t take 4 hours to prep!

Two duck legs roasted in the oven for 45 minutes, stripped from the bone and then fried off with honey, soy and 5-spice, this makes it a little bit like crispy duck!

Lots of fresh vegetables (onion, pepper, celery, chinese leaf, chillies, spring onions etc) and mushrooms which we stir fry all together, then add a pack of duck flavoured noodles, it’s sachets and boiling water.  #studentlife LOL!

They really are what you make of them though, add a little hoisin sauce to the soup mix and you’ve get a really tasty meal!
