This is one of my hubby’s favourite sides. He always uses so much garlic, chopped by hand so you get large lumps of garlic too! We started adding fresh chillies because we like them. It’s a simple recipe, honest!
Melt some butter in a pan, chop your garlic and chillies up into sensible sized pieces based on your preference. Allow those all to just start cooking, give them about 2 minutes on a medium heat while you chop your mushrooms. We like CHUNKS so we quarter them, and we also prefer chestnut mushrooms to white ones.
Drop your mushrooms into your butter mix and cook on medium until you are happy they are ready. This again is choice, you can eat mushrooms raw, so the cooking time is up to you!
