Chilli jam


The time of year for preserving as much as you can is in full swing for most of us gardeners!  This is a first time make for us as it’s the first year we’ve seriously grown chillies of any quantity.

This was made with locally sourced crab apples and our own chillies (habanezos), based on the recipe by Sarah Raven and the recipe is here.
