Garlic, lemon and cayenne chilli basa fillet.


We recently shared with your the garlic and lemon prawn recipe (link here if you missed it!) and hubby asked if it would work with fillets of fish, instead of just prawns….

Result!  Worthy question and fabulous result!  We added a beautiful golden cayenne sliced to the mix too for a little change.  Wonderful, quick and fresh, always a winner on your plate!  Hope you try it yourselves and share the results?!

      Thanks! I hope you try it, I’m sure it will work with any fish and the chilli is optional!
